"I heard one of Lily's podcasts and just knew in my gut this is what I needed. As a therapist, I am very passionate about the healing that comes from entering into our own processes, and I knew I needed help. Dating brings up so much, and through this incredible action plan, I was able to process and move forward in my dating life. The action steps are what I needed help with- I then felt the freedom to be myself as a single adult and hold space for owning and pursuing what I want in a dating relationship.
